Return and Refund Policy

All products sold through The Association World are made on demand. Because each item is custom produced after an order is placed, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Wrong color ordered
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To review the issue, please email us with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
• A photo of the packaging if the package arrived damaged
• A short description of the issue

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can review the issue.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping or replacement costs.
